SABOR OPENS WINSTON-SALEM LOCATION
Winston-Salem, NC — Sabor Latin Street Grill, the popular locally-owned fast casual eatery, has opened its highly anticipated newest location at 57 Miller Street, Winston-Salem, NC.
Located less than a mile away from the Atrium Health Baptist Hospital and less than four miles away from Wake Forest University, the restaurant will be serving its sought-after Latin street food in the heart of the West Highlands area. Nestled between Stratford Park and Hanes Park, Sabor has been a long-awaited addition to the Winston-Salem food scene.
Sabor’s fresh and bold menu draws on inspirations from El Salvadorian, Dominican, Venezuelan, Mexican and Colombian staples. The scratch-made kitchen creates crave-worthy salsas (including the famous pineapple habanero), empanadas, burritos, arepas, yuca fries, nachos and of course, tacos.
Menu items like burritos, bowls, nachos and empanadas can be customized to order. Customers can choose from a range of protein options from barbacoa and chorizo to tofu and grilled vegetables. Every Sabor has a free self-serve salsa bar featuring six different salsa flavors. There are rotating daily specials available in-store only.
Drink options include Mexican Cola and a colorful lineup of Jarritos, a soft drink from Mexico with bold flavors like mango and lime. Diners 21+ can choose from Mexican beers, domestic beers, and cocktails. At the new Winston-Salem location, guests can enjoy their meals on the patio with outdoor seating and convenient umbrella coverage while Latin music plays over the speakers.
The Winston-Salem restaurant is the second Sabor location to open outside of the Charlotte metro area after the Sabor in Greenville, South Carolina, which opened in 2020. Sabor will open an additional restaurant in Durham this August.
