Charlotte FC Striker Daniel Ríos Meets Fans at Sabor
CLTFC player Daniel Ríos helped us kick off July at our South End Sabor with a fan meet-and-greet. Fans of all ages arrived to get autographs and take photographs with Ríos, some even arriving in full CLTFC gear to show their team spirit.
Any guest could get a free signed autograph card, while the most enthusiastic fans brought CLTFC pennants, soccer balls, cleats, jerseys and other apparel for Ríos to sign. With time to spare at the end of the event, Ríos socialized with fans and diners one-on-one while enjoying our authentic Latin street food.
Customers who presented a signed autograph card at checkout received a 5% discount so they could also enjoy a bold and authentic meal. Sabor then donated 5% of the purchase on the customer’s behalf to support Charlotte FC charities.
This meet-and-greet was just one part of our ongoing partnership with CLTFC.
