Sweepstakes Rules

Open to legal residents of North Carolina, you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes or Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Sabor Latin Street Grill reserves the right to end the contest at any time. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and received within the time period of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE

The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant’s e-mail address or at the sole option and discretion of the contest sponsor to a recipient designated by the contest winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Sabor Latin Street Grill will select one winner per month, winners will be selected on the first business day after the month ends and winners will be notified within 5 business days of selection.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sabor Latin Street Grill. By entering this sweepstakes you agree to Sabor Latin Street Grill’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Sabor Latin Street Grill and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize.

This sweepstakes is a promotion sponsored by Sabor Latin Street Grill. By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
